Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business (Economics, Accounting, Finance or insurance fields).
• Ability to interact with and influence across multiple levels of reporting.
• Storytelling with numbers and clear written communication.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases or strategic priorities and basic financial analyses.
• Track status of strategic initiatives and senior leadership action plans.
• Assist in preparation of meeting agendas, minutes, and internal communications.
• Review market trends and assist in formulating action plans for strategic advantage.
• Identify and evaluate M&A targets and related due diligence.
• Own Change Management practice and collaborate with CM Center.
