Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Preferred: CIC, CPCU, or ARM certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead Enterprise Data and Analytics Team direction and governance.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to mature data-driven road map and investments.
• Manage projects with standard PM methodology and monitor risks and milestones.
• Forecast, budget, and staffing for data initiatives to meet goals.
• Drive data literacy and ensure regulatory/compliance alignment.
