Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of experience in working as a project team member in business-focused initiatives.
• Bachelor's Degree in Business (Economics, Accounting, Finance or Insurance fields).
• Demonstrated ability to work in a project team environment.
• Adept at using Microsoft productivity tools effectively.
• Strong attention to detail; demonstrated curiosity to learn.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases or strategic priorities and capital expenditures, and write strategy white papers.
• Track status of strategic initiatives and leadership action plans.
• Assist in deep-dives into results of products, channels, agents and regions.
• Prepare meeting agendas, minutes, and internal communications.
• Review market trends to support strategic action plans for competitive advantage.
• Interact with cross-company departments to obtain support for objectives.
• Identify and evaluate M&A targets and due diligence activities.
