Job summary

American Modern Insurance Group, Inc., a Munich Re company, is seeking a Strategy Office professional to drive strategy development, execution, and mergers & acquisitions initiatives. You will support CEO Office activities, prepare meeting materials, and track cross-functional action plans.

The role involves coordinating with senior leadership, performing market trend analyses, and assisting in due diligence for potential targets, while promoting change management across the organization.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business (Economics, Accounting, Finance or insurance fields).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in working as a project team member in business-focused initiatives.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office; strong attention to detail.
• Curiosity to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop business cases or strategic priorities and capital expenditures; draft strategy white papers.
• Track status of strategic initiatives and senior leadership action plans.
• Assist in deep dives into products, distribution channels, agents and regions.
