Job summary

Siemens Healthineers Education and Workforce Solutions seeks a senior business development leader to drive remote scanning solutions and workforce services, identify market opportunities, and shape go-to-market strategies across healthcare imaging markets.

You will build strategic relationships with hospitals and health systems, lead long-range planning and market analysis, and collaborate across teams to expand remote operations and staffing solutions.

Qualifications

10+ years of senior-level business development experience in medical imaging, healthcare workforce solutions, healthcare staffing, or related healthcare services.
Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing models (MSP, contract labor, temporary staffing, permanent placement).
Excellent strategic planning and executive communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead strategic business development efforts focused on remote scanning solutions and workforce services, identifying opportunities and go-to-market strategies.
Build and strengthen customer relationships with hospitals and health systems, aligning remote imaging services with clinical staffing needs.
Perform market analysis, competitive intelligence, and develop business cases for growth initiatives to support leadership decisions.
