Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a Director of Business Development to drive annual profitable sales growth and expand partnerships. Reporting to the CCO, you will leverage our strong R&D and manufacturing strengths to win new business and build lasting client relationships.

The role requires traveling 50-70% for customer visits, trade shows, and market scouting, with a total compensation package of $140,000–$200,000 including base and performance-based bonuses.

Responsibilities

• Drive annual growth and exceed budget targets.
• Target and attract key customers with R&D and technical expertise.
• Build partnerships and pipeline through tours and demos.
• Collaborate with sales support, R&D, procurement, quality, finance and operations.
• Track pipeline health, retention, and revenue growth.
• Scout trends and attend industry events.
