Reporting to the CCO, you will leverage R&D strengths, manage cross-functional teams, and travel 50-70% for customer visits and events to build a robust pipeline and capture new opportunities.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in food co-manufacturing or ingredients.
• Proven track record delivering annual sales growth.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with strong strategic thinking.
• Willingness to travel 50-70% for customer visits and events.
• Excellent communication and collaboration in a matrix environment.
