Job summary

Roskam Foods is seeking a Director of Business Development in the United States to lead profitable sales growth by leveraging our R&D strengths to win new business and deepen partnerships. Reporting to the CCO, you will collaborate with sales support, R&D, procurement, quality, finance and operations, and travel 50–70% for customer visits and events.

Qualifications

10+ years of B2B sales experience in store brand, food ingredients, bakery, or food co-manufacturing.
Deep understanding of food manufacturing trends and supply chain dynamics.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills; ability to thrive in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

Drive annual growth by delivering profitable sales growth and exceeding targets.
Target and attract key customers valuing R&D and technical expertise.
Build partnerships and pipeline through tours, demos, and collaborative problem-solving.
Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, R&D, procurement, quality, finance, and operations.
Track pipeline health, customer retention, and revenue growth.
Scout market trends and opportunities at industry events and activities.
