Job summary

Schneider is seeking a Senior Business Development Analyst to research, qualify and develop potential customer leads for Schneider’s sales team. The Senior Business Development Analyst will analyze the transportation requirements and supply chain needs of prospective customers and determine if they are a fit.

Ideal candidate will be located in either Green Bay WI or Chicago IL, however, will consider candidates from other locations as well.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, sales or related field.
• 4–6 years of relevant work experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent customer service and selling abilities.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Prospect for leads using web-based tools, contact lists, research and outreach methods.
• Maintain customer information in a CRM system.
• Work with Schneider’s commercial team to determine market needs in specific areas.
• Collaborate with marketing to create collateral, campaigns and emails.
• Develop business opportunities with prospective customers through lead generation.
• Maintain a pipeline of executive-level contacts and sales leads.
• Meet and exceed KPIs set by management.
