Job summary

Qualifications

• Four-year college degree in business, finance, and marketing or related field.
• Fifteen years defense/aerospace industry or senior military experience with emphasis in RDT&E programs, demonstrations and transitions of technology to programs of record.
• MBA or advanced degree highly desirable. International business experience desired. Strong analytical and communication skills.

• Coordinate strategic plan and execute business strategy with senior leadership.
• Lead market and competitive analysis to inform P&L strategy and growth initiatives.
• Support messaging, engagement with key customers, and risk mitigation activities.
