Asana is seeking a seasoned Corporate Strategy professional to drive long-range growth, support C-suite priorities, and apply BizOps rigor to running the business from the San Francisco office with a hybrid schedule. You will lead market analytics, portfolio evaluation, and strategic initiatives across product, finance, and GTM to enable disciplined growth bets.

Qualificações

• 6+ years of experience in corporate, product, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.
• Strong analytical and cross-functional skills to bridge Product, Finance, and Go-to-Market teams to translate vision into executable growth bets.

Responsabilidades

• Lead market analysis to support big bets, shape M&A strategy, and develop rigorous investment evaluation frameworks to guide portfolio decisions.
• Work with cross-functional teams to set our product portfolio up for success, including assessing and evaluating opportunities to refine our GTM motions.
• Drive H2/H3 (Horizon 2 and Horizon 3) planning efforts, identifying long-term opportunities to ensure sustainable growth.
• Evaluate existential threats and market opportunities through robust scenario analyses to inform executive decision‑making.
• Identify and evaluate strategic partnership opportunities that align with Asana’s long-term vision.
• Work with leadership to architect the organizational design and internal operating models required to execute against our corporate priorities.
• Lead bespoke, non-BAU analyses for high-priority initiatives that sit outside traditional functional homes.
• Drive alignment across Product, Finance, and GTM teams to ensure strategic initiatives are resourced and executed effectively.
