Asana’s Corporate Strategy team fuels long-range growth by directly supporting the CEO and C-suite with rigorous BizOps analyses. This high-visibility role partners across Product, Finance, GTM and G&A to translate vision into executable growth bets.

The position is based in San Francisco with an office-centric hybrid schedule (Mon Tue Thu in-office; Wed/Fri optional work-from-home depending on role). Recruiter will share in-office details during interviews.

Qualifikationen

• Curiosity about AI tools and emerging technologies, with willingness to learn and apply them.
• 6+ years of experience in corporate, product, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS context.
• Strong focus on portfolio investment decisions and new product incubation.
• Deep understanding of SaaS business models and GTM motions, with M&A or partnership exposure ideal.
• Proven ability to bridge Product, Finance and Go‑to‑Market teams to execute growth bets.
• Track record leading complex strategic initiatives from concept to execution.
• Excellent leadership, communication and stakeholder-influence skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related quantitative field.

• Lead market analysis to support big bets and M&A strategy; develop investment evaluation frameworks.
• Shape commercial strategy and refine GTM motions with cross-functional teams.
• Drive Horizon 2/3 long-range planning for sustainable growth.
• Evaluate threats and opportunities via scenario analysis for executive decisions.
• Identify and assess strategic partnerships aligned with long-term vision.
• Collaborate with leadership on operating model and org design to execute priorities.
• Own bespoke, non-BAU analyses for high-priority initiatives.
• Drive cross-functional alignment to resource and execute strategic initiatives.
