Job summary

Dean Dorton is seeking a high-impact Senior Executive with deep experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial, or supply chain sectors to lead strategic market expansion in the Greater Cincinnati region.

The Industry Advisory executive will serve as a face of the firm, building C-suite relationships, identifying complex business challenges, and connecting clients with high-value solutions across accounting, tax, advisory, technology, cybersecurity, risk, and operational consulting

Qualifications

• 15+ years of leadership experience in manufacturing, distribution, industrial services, logistics, or related sectors.
• Strong Cincinnati market relationships and regional business network.
• Proven ability to originate revenue opportunities and build executive relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a Cincinnati-region growth strategy focused on middle-market and upper middle-market manufacturing, distribution, logistics, and industrial businesses.
• Build relationships with CEOs, CFOs, COOs, private equity groups, lenders, attorneys, and industry associations.
• Identify and originate new business opportunities across multiple service lines.
• Represent the firm at industry events and strengthen brand recognition.
