Eastman, based in Kingsport, TN, seeks a Strategy Manager to partner with the Strategy Director and senior leaders to drive deep-dive analyses and long‑range planning. You will lead complex strategy projects, develop insights, and propose actionable recommendations across diverse business areas.

You will also build strategy and commercial capability across the organization, train leaders, and facilitate execution of strategic priorities, with minimal supervision in a diversified environment.

Qualifications

• Progressively responsible experience developing, evaluating, and executing corporate or business strategies within a global organization.
• Demonstrated experience independently leading complex, cross-functional strategy engagements from problem definition to execution, with executive alignment.
• Evaluating growth opportunities and strategic alternatives, including business-model considerations and capital allocation.
• Applying financial modeling, valuation, scenario analysis, and business-case development for strategic decisions.
• Monitoring market, customer, technology, regulatory and competitive developments to drive strategic actions.
• Contributing to medium- and long-term planning, governance, and performance-management processes.
• Presenting executive analyses using PowerPoint/Excel with clear recommendations.

Responsabilités

• Translate strategy into execution by partnering with business leaders to define priorities, roadmaps, milestones, and success measures.
• Facilitate the implementation of strategic initiatives across businesses and functions and track impact with appropriate performance measures.
• Establish processes for strategy reviews and communication of progress to senior leadership.
• Connect strategy to commercial priorities including pricing, profitability, and growth plans.
• Lead training and mentoring to embed strategy, planning, and execution methods across the organization.
• Partner with Corporate Strategy on resource planning and capability development for the strategy team.
• Contribute to development of Strategy tools, processes, and governance practices.
