Job summary

Eastman is seeking an experienced HR Advisor to partner with business leaders and employees at our Kingsport headquarters. You will provide guidance on employee relations, talent management, compliance, and organizational development, helping to implement HR initiatives that raise workforce capability and performance.

The role emphasizes consulting skills, collaboration across HR teams, and readiness for higher HR leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and at least 3 years of progressive HR experience in a corporate/global environment.
• Strong communication, coaching, and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence at multiple levels.
• Solid understanding of employment laws, HR policies, and best practices.
• Experience analyzing HR metrics and using data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a key resource and coach to leaders, line managers, and employees on complex HR matters.
• Lead and coordinate HR processes including talent development, succession planning, and compensation adjustments.
• Analyze workforce data and trends to identify risks and opportunities.
• Manage and resolve employee relations issues in partnership with HR partners, ensuring compliance with policies and labor laws.
• Facilitate HR projects and change initiatives that drive organizational effectiveness.
