Responsibilities

• Collaborate with global deal teams supporting mergers and acquisitions and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of corporate development opportunities aligned with strategy.
• Analyze industry structure, demand drivers, competitors, customers, and trends.
• Evaluate internal capabilities to support strategic assessments.
• Develop financial analyses, models, forecasts, and business cases.
• Present findings to teams and management to drive decisions.
• Coordinate project activities, timelines, and issue resolution.
• Support due diligence and integration planning with cross-functional teams.
• Work with external advisors and deal partners as needed.
