Qualifications

• Progressively responsible experience developing, evaluating, and executing corporate, business, portfolio, or functional strategies in a global org.
• Experience leading complex, cross-functional strategy engagements from problem definition to execution and alignment.
• Ability to translate external insights into strategic implications, risks, and actions.

Responsibilities

• Translate strategy into execution with priorities, roadmaps, milestones, accountabilities, resources and success metrics.
• Lead cross-business strategy initiatives and monitor performance measures, adjusting direction as needed.
• Serve as strategy leader on leadership teams, providing strategic direction and commercial insight for development and execution of plans.
• Connect strategy to commercial priorities, including value creation, market choices, pricing, profitability, and growth.
