Job summary

Qualifications

• Broad and comprehensive understanding of financial statements, valuation, capital markets, public company communications, and the changing business environment.
• Demonstrated ability to lead through others and manage multiple related workstreams.
• Exceptional analytical, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong executive presence and ability to influence senior leaders, investors, analysts, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead complex, highly visible workstreams supporting earnings preparation, investor communications, public disclosures, strategic initiatives, shareholder engagement, and market intelligence.
• Work closely with Finance, Treasury, Corporate Strategy, Business, Legal, and Communications teams to gather insights and ensure message alignment.
• Direct the resolution of highly complex or unusual financial, business, communications, and stakeholder issues by applying advanced analytical thought and judgment.
• Evaluate key business challenges and direct the development of innovative solutions that strengthen Eastman’s investor narrative and market credibility.
