The University of Central Florida - College of Medicine, through the Florida High Tech Corridor, seeks a strategic operator to guide Cenfluence growth and manage grants, budgets, and staff. This on-site role requires statewide travel and collaboration with university offices to ensure program success.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree with 8+ years of relevant experience, including leadership.
• Experience in innovation-driven economic development, tech commercialization, or cluster management.
• Experience managing grant-funded programs with budgets, compliance, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement services to grow industries and entrepreneurs for Corridor programs.
• Oversee grant administration, budgeting, reporting, and fiscal accountability.
• Supervise cluster managers and admin staff; coordinate training and development.
• Engage with entrepreneurs and maintain ongoing communication with member companies.
