Our client, a leader in the rubber, belting, and floor care markets, seeks a Director of Sales and Marketing to drive profitable revenue growth. This role leads the US sales and marketing teams and aligns with global initiatives, reporting to the President, based in Plymouth, MN.

You will develop strategies, mentor teams, manage CRM, forecast pipelines, and partner with customers to expand market share. Requires 5+ years in B2B leadership with strong negotiation and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
• 5+ years in industrial B2B sales/marketing.
• 5+ years in a leadership role.
• Customer-focused with strong relationship-building skills.
• Proven track record in developing and executing sales/marketing strategies.
• Strong presentation and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a sales and marketing strategy aligned with company goals.
• Lead, mentor, and motivate US sales and marketing teams.
• Identify and pursue new product and market opportunities and grow the pipeline.
• Forecast sales activities and prepare performance and market trend reports.
• Collaborate with marketing to ensure pipeline and alignment of plans.
