Job summary

River Vista Behavioral Health, a new 128-bed facility in the Central Valley, is seeking a Director of Business Development to lead community education and drive the facility's business development strategy. You will work with the CEO and senior leaders to shape policies, programs, and systems that promote growth and partnership development with payors and providers.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in Business Administration (Master’s a plus) and at least 3 years of director-level healthcare

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business Administration or related field; Master’s degree a plus.
• At least 3 years’ director or manager level experience in healthcare business development with measurable results.
• Knowledge of psychiatric and chemical dependency treatment principles preferred.

Responsibilities

• Direct Community Education/Business Development efforts and refine the facility’s business development plan.
• Consult with CEO and Senior Management to design and direct business development strategies, policies, procedures, and systems; oversee the department.
• Report, analyze and present market data and trends; recommend and implement strategic business development plans.
• Oversee all of the Business Development Department.
