Qualifications

• Demonstrated consulting and corporate strategy experience for 12+ years with deep knowledge of apparel, retail, customer and digital.
• Ability to engage and effectively work with SVP level leaders independently.
• Demonstrated track record as an outstanding problem solver and strategic thinker.
• Able to translate complex ideas into simple, actionable strategic storylines.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze large data sets efficiently.
• Ability to work with senior executives in a matrixed organization.

Responsibilities

• Drive Technology company planning process through Annual Operating Plan (AOP) and Long Range Planning (LRP).
• Drive strategic projects across GTS subfunctions – Data, Architecture, Engineering, Security.
• Articulate clear storylines that drive action; monitor cross-group work and projects.
• Deconstruct business issues and develop strategic, analytical, and financial frameworks.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and provide analytical insights to partners.
• Conduct market and competitive landscape research to develop synthesized recommendations.
