Job summary

Gap Inc. is seeking a senior Strategy & Governance leader within the Global Technology Organization (GTS) to define and evolve technology strategy, identify growth opportunities, and prepare executives for key stakeholder meetings.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of consulting or corporate strategy experience in apparel, retail, customer and digital
• Ability to engage with SVP-level leaders independently
• Strong analytical and storytelling skills to translate complex data into actionable insights

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and long-range planning for GTS.
• Drive cross-functional strategic projects across Data, Architecture, Engineering, Security and AI strategy.
• Develop clear, data-driven strategic narratives for executives.
• Structure multiple initiatives and monitor progress toward priorities.
• Build cross-functional partnerships and provide analytical insights to business partners.
