Job summary

Silvus Technologies seeks a Director of Business Development, USSOCOM, to lead multi-year pursuits and shape capability requirements for our MN-MIMO solutions. You will build deep relationships with end-users, OEMs, primes, and PM offices to position Silvus in large defense programs.

This role is eligible for 100% remote work depending on location, with travel up to 50% to advance programs and partnerships across the DoD landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or HS diploma with at least 8 years of relevant experience.
• 5+ years in defense sales or business development focused on USSOCOM.
• Proven capture of complex, long-cycle DoD programs.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the capture process for large, multi-year SOCOM programs.
• Cultivate deep relationships with Program Offices, primes, OEMs, and end-users.
• Shape requirements with customers to position MN-MIMO technology.
• Manage long-cycle pursuits from horizon scanning to proposal and award.
• Collaborate with MDE and Account Sales for program transitions.
• Monitor market trends and funding priorities to inform strategy.
• Travel up to 50% as needed to engage customers.
