Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering; business, marketing, engineering or related fields also considered.
• Minimum 10+ years in business development, capture, or defense industry growth roles.
• Experience leading cross-functional pursuit teams from sourcing to handoff.

• Develop market relationships across DZMG lines of effort and engage government and prime partners.
• Lead capture, proposal, pricing, negotiation, and award activities for qualified pursuits.
• Transition awarded work to program teams and strengthen BD practices.
