The role focuses on identifying, developing and converting opportunities across the London and South East market, with a strong emphasis on commercial new build, refurbishment and affordable housing.

You will build client relationships, manage the opportunity pipeline, and work with Pre-Construction, Estimating, Proposals and Marketing teams to support tender

Qualifications

• Background in Business Development within the construction industry.
• Knowledge of London and South East construction market.
• Full UK driving licence required.

Responsibilities
