Job summary

Q-Lab Corporation is seeking a Director of Business Development to oversee profitability across all Test Services locations, with a focus on new business growth. The role reports to the COO and collaborates with the VP of Sales and VP of Marketing to shape programs that expand revenue.

This onsite position is based at any U.S. location (Homestead, FL; Wittmann, AZ; or Cleveland, OH) with relocation assistance available.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a technical field; proven sales/marketing track record.
• Experience coaching and mentoring management staff.
• Willingness to travel 25–40% of the time.

Responsibilities

• Drive profitability across Test Services locations.
• Lead and inspire the Test Services team and coaching for managers.
• Collaborate with VP of Sales and VP of Marketing on programs to grow sales.
• Oversee budgeting, pricing updates, and customer engagement strategies.
• Provide regular business updates and recruitment oversight.
