Job summary

Dentsu in the United States seeks a Senior Director of Strategy, Consulting & Advisory to guide cross-functional projects with emphasis on Customer Marketing Data, Strategy, and Analytics. You will translate insights into action, develop long-term roadmaps, and present complex analytics to both technical and non-technical partners.

The role requires 15+ years in analytics/consulting, 8+ years of cross-team leadership, and executive-level communication skills.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in analytics, business consulting, data strategy or strategic planning functions.
• 8+ years of cross-team leadership over multiple business and strategic disciplines.
• Experience across both agency and corporate environments.
• Translation of ML/AI models and analytic projects to tactical business actions.
• Executive-level written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategic planning and initiative prioritization.
• Develop long-term roadmaps and use cases for workstreams to execute.
• Recommend insights-to-action for strategic and long-term planning leveraging value-based measurement across client marketing leads to drive data-enriched activation.
• Identify opportunities for cross-solutioning within client ecosystems to drive incremental value.
• Coach and train direct and indirect reports on data, analytics, and technology solutions to support strategic plans.
• Collaborate with SMEs to identify white space opportunities to curate client-centric solutions.
• Connect capability challenges to business needs and build stories to articulate incremental value.
• Create and support executive presentations and analyses of analytic, data and identity solutions.
• Lead development of multi-phased measurement, technology, analytic or data roadmaps for clients.
• Translate data/results into narratives for tech and non-tech audiences across channels (ppt, email).
• Provide thought leadership through articles, blogs, events to guide analytics applications.
• Assess market trends and incorporate external insights to recommend product and market opportunities.
• Develop understanding of offerings across company and engage with clients to drive growth.
• Partner with client to develop use cases for activation across brand market segments.
• Align with Analytics, Marketing, and Media on plans to support activation.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to advance data and analytics usage.
• Lead matrixed teams through influence, collaboration and coaching.
