Job summary

HD Supply in Atlanta seeks a strategic leader to help define and execute long-term growth initiatives. You will work with senior stakeholders to shape the business future, launch key strategic programs, and drive cross-functional collaboration across teams.

You will develop annual strategic plans, lead complex projects, translate data into board-ready recommendations, and support activities such as acquisitions, integrations, and investor relations.

Qualifications

• BS/BA in a related discipline.
• 7+ years of experience in a related field.
• Certification may be required.
• Advanced degree may offset less experience.

Responsibilities

• Define, launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives with key stakeholders.
• Create and execute yearly strategic business plans.
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive growth and profitability.
• Develop work plans, gather and synthesize data, lead analyses, and produce recommendations.
• Implement recommendations and track results.
• Support strategic business development projects including acquisitions and investor relations.
• Translate complex data into executive and board-level presentations with recommendations.
