## Manager, Strategic Business DevelopmentApply: Atlanta-GA-US: Full time: Posted Today: R26005138**Job Summary**Responsible for defining the business future direction by assisting in the development and execution of strategic initiatives, long-term growth strategy, and business development.**Major Tasks, Responsibilities, and Key Accountabilities*** Works with key stakeholders to define, launch and drive strategic and operational initiatives.* Assists with creation and execution of yearly strategic business plans.* Leads cross-functional teams in development and implementation of initiatives to drive business growth and profitability consistent with overall business unit.* Structures and executes multiple cross-functional projects simultaneously by developing work plans, gathering and synthesizing relevant data, leading analyses and developing final recommendations.* Implements recommendations, tracks results and evaluates project success.* Supports high priority projects areas of Strategic Business Development as needed, including enterprise strategy, acquisitions and integrations, divestitures, and investor relations activities* Translates complex data in to executive and board-level presentations that articulate potential options and recommendations. **Nature and Scope*** Solutions require analysis and investigation.* Achieves planned results by decisions and actions based on professional methods, business principles, and practical experience.* Manages a group or team of professional individual contributors and/or indirectly supervises support staff. **Work Environment*** Located in a comfortable indoor area.
