Qualifications

• Generally 7+ years of experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Oversees and manages analysis and decision support reporting for the business.
• Prepares financial and business related analyses and research in areas like financial and expense performance, ROI, depreciation, working capital and investments.
• Drives continuous improvement in reporting, planning and forecasting processes.
• Oversees the preparation of complex reports, graphs and charts of financial data.
• Leads and develops a team of finance professionals in FP&A.
• Oversees orientation for new associates and trains others within the department.
