Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years of experience in corporate development, business development, or project management.
• Experience monitoring project progress, timeline, cost, and quality across multiple initiatives.
• Experience supporting operational and organizational development initiatives.
• Strong background in internal and external reporting with finance and technical departments.

Responsibilities

• Lead corporate strategy & development for Porsche Engineering Services North America, Inc.
• Monitor project progress, timeline, cost, and quality across initiatives.
• Partner with cross-functional teams for planning, execution, and issue resolution.
• Lead operational efficiency programs and organizational development initiatives.
• Prepare materials and support governance activities.
• Support customer acquisition and business development efforts.
• Prepare internal and external reporting in coordination with finance and technical departments.
• Develop and document business processes and implement improvements.
• Monitor capacity utilization and identify skills needed for projects.
• Oversee quality management activities including Lessons Learned and ECMS.
• Coordinate with PCNA-HR, -Legal, and Aftersales stakeholders.
• Support facility and location development, including merger activities.
