Job summary

Oliver Wyman is seeking Senior Consultants or Associates for the Consumer, Telco & Technology practice in New York, Chicago, or Boston. You will lead workstreams, craft insights, and present findings to clients, while collaborating with partners and coaching junior staff.

A strong analytical background and cross-industry experience are valued. The role offers significant growth opportunities, a collaborative culture, and opportunities to travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 3–6 years of relevant experience, ideally at a top-tier strategy consulting firm.
• Experience in Retail, Consumer Goods, Telecommunications, Software/Technology, or Media is preferred but not required.
• Strong analytical tools and problem-solving capabilities with data-driven approaches.

Responsibilities

• Manage execution of project workstreams, including hypothesis development and data analyses.
• Synthesize findings into written presentations for clients and stakeholders.
• Support Partner group with high-quality project delivery and client engagement.
• Report to Engagement Managers and Principals, seeking guidance on technical aspects as needed.
• Coach junior consultants to develop their skills.
