Qualifications

• 2–4 years of relevant strategy consulting experience.
• Experience leading projects or significant workstreams within a strategy consulting firm.
• Strong quantitative, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong client and stakeholder management capabilities.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively in team-based environments.

Responsibilities

• Structure complex business problems and develop analytical approaches.
• Conduct research, interviews, surveys, and quantitative analyses.
• Synthesize findings into clear, actionable insights and recommendations.
• Developing client-ready presentations and communications.
• Leading defined project workstreams and managing deliverables, timelines, and quality.
