Arena Staffing is seeking a Strategy Consultant to support growth, strategic planning, operational improvement, and business transformation initiatives. The role requires analytical problem-solving, stakeholder management, and strong communication to translate data into practical strategies.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Management, Strategy, Consulting, or a related field.
3–7 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting, management consulting, business analysis, corporate strategy, operations, or a related discipline.
Strong analytical, quantitative, and critical-thinking skills.
Demonstrated ability to analyze complex business problems and develop actionable recommendations.
Experience conducting market, competitive, operational, or financial analysis.
Strong project management and organizational skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
Ability to communicate complex concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strong proficiency with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and business-analysis tools.
Experience developing executive-level presentations, reports, dashboards, and business cases.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Responsibilities

Develop Strategic Recommendations: Analyze objectives, challenges, market conditions, and data to craft pragmatic strategic recommendations.
Conduct Business Analysis: Evaluate financial, operational, customer, and market information to identify trends and opportunities.
Support Strategic Planning: Partner with leadership to build short- and long-term strategic plans.
Identify Growth Opportunities: Research markets, segments, products, services, and competition for revenue growth.
Improve Business Operations: Assess processes, identify inefficiencies, and propose improvements for productivity and cost-effectiveness.
Build Business Cases: Create structured business cases, financial analyses, and supporting docs for initiatives.
Manage Strategic Projects: Coordinate initiatives from planning to implementation with clear objectives and milestones.
Monitor Performance: Establish KPIs and provide updates on progress and impact.
Conduct Competitive Research: Track competitors and industry developments affecting strategy.
Facilitate Stakeholder Collaboration: Align initiatives across finance, operations, technology, marketing, sales, and HR.
Prepare Executive Presentations: Translate research into concise reports and dashboards for executives.
Identify and Mitigate Risks: Evaluate risks and propose mitigation strategies.
Support Change Initiatives: Assist with transformation, process improvements, and technology adoption.
Measure Strategic Outcomes: Assess effectiveness and adjust based on data and feedback.
