Dell Technologies in Round Rock, Texas seeks a Consultant for Strategic Business Development to shape the business strategy of the Enterprise AI & Data team and manage a portfolio of customer-facing and internal software.

You will partner with product managers, data scientists and software engineers to deliver modern solutions that maximize value for customers and Dell, while driving cross-functional initiatives across consumer and enterprise products.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a management consulting role with a Bachelor's degree; or 3+ years with a Master's degree.
• Strategic thinker with a proactive approach for identifying and addressing business challenges.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication, to clearly articulate advanced concepts.
• Strong understanding of financial metrics, business acumen, and strategic frameworks.
• Comfort with managing ambiguity while driving results.
• Demonstrated leadership experience managing and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Deep understanding of the technology industry and its evolving landscape.
• Knowledge of product management, agile development, and services operations processes and methodologies.
