What you'll achieve

You will design, build, and deploy scalable agentic AI solutions that address high-impact business challenges across the Services Operations organization. You will lead the evolution of a connected agent ecosystem by identifying opportunities to orchestrate and integrate multiple agents, maximizing their collective value, reusability, and business outcomes. As a thought leader, you will shape the strategic vision for agentic systems, driving best practices, innovation, and cross-functional adoption of AI-powered automation.

You will:

• Lead the end-to-end design, development, and deployment of agentic AI solutions that transform Services Operations workflows, delivering intelligent automation and decision‑making at enterprise scale.
• Partner closely with business, engineering, and operations stakeholders to identify high-value opportunities, rapidly prototype innovative agent‑based capabilities, and translate emerging AI advancements into measurable business outcomes.
• Architect and orchestrate multi‑agent ecosystems, defining patterns for agent collaboration, memory, reasoning, and workflow coordination to maximize effectiveness across interconnected use cases.
• Drive the Services Operations agentic AI strategy by establishing best practices, governance frameworks, reusable components, and scalable platforms that accelerate adoption and ensure long-term value realization.
• Serve as a thought leader and catalyst for agentic transformation, evaluating cutting‑edge AI technologies, influencing organizational direction, and helping shape the next generation of autonomous and semi‑autonomous operational systems.

Essential Requirements

• 8-10 years of experience working on building AI solutions at scale, with a demonstrated progression from traditional AI/ML to Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions in enterprise environments.
• Hands‑on expertise in LLMs, agent frameworks, multi‑agent systems, RAG, vector databases, knowledge graphs, and AI orchestration platforms, with experience deploying production‑scale AI applications.
• Proven ability to lead AI strategy and innovation, establish technical standards, and drive the adoption of connected, enterprise‑scale agentic systems across cross‑functional teams.
• 12+ Years of experience with Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field of 10+ Years of experience with Masters Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or any related field

Desirable Requirements

• Demonstrated passion for emerging AI technologies, with contributions through thought leadership, innovation initiatives, patents, publications, or industry engagement.
• Experience designing multi‑agent architectures, including agent orchestration, tool integration, planning/reasoning workflows, and autonomous task execution in production environments.

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $185,000 - $254,000
