Job summary

Genesee Scientific is seeking a Program Director to lead a high‑priority strategic growth initiative. You will own the integrated plan, align internal workstreams, and collaborate with a strategic partner to drive launches, pricing, data readiness, and customer communications.

The role reports to the CEO and requires hands‑on operating leadership, strong business judgment, and the ability to drive value realization across multiple functions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive experience leading enterprise programs and launches.
• Experience driving supplier enablement, integration, or channel transition.
• Proven ability to influence executives, manage external partners, and drive accountability.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan across internal workstreams and milestones.
• Coordinate and align product, sales, marketing, operations, and finance leaders.
• Manage governance, risk, issues, decisions, and executive reporting.
• Drive readiness for launches, pricing, contracts, data, inventory, and customer communications.
• Oversee financial scorecard, revenue and margin metrics, and value realization.
• Collaborate with external partner teams and lead joint sessions while guiding internal teams.
