Job summary

Genesee Scientific Corporation in San Diego, CA seeks an experienced Program Director to lead a high-priority strategic program across commercial launch, private-label conversion, pricing, inventory, product data, and customer communications. This hands-on role reports to the CEO and aligns internal teams with the external partner's program management.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of progressive leadership of a complex commercial or operational program.
• Bachelor's degree in business, operations, supply chain, engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• PMP, Lean, Six Sigma, Agile training is beneficial but not a substitute for operating leadership.

Responsibilities

• Own the integrated program plan across internal workstreams, milestones, dependencies, and launch-readiness gates.
• Coordinate cross-functional leaders across Product, Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, IT, and Customer Service.
• Manage governance, risk reviews, executive reporting, and an integrated issue/action log.
• Drive readiness for branded-product launches, pricing, contracts, and channel growth.
• Maintain the program's financial scorecard with revenue, margin, and cost-savings metrics.
