Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, operations, healthcare, or finance.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and influencing executive teams.
• Ability to translate strategy into actionable plans, governance, and performance management.
• Strong communication skills and executive presence in highly matrixed orgs.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President of Insurance and Leadership Team to develop and advance segment strategy.
• Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning processes and execution roadmaps.
• Provide strategic counsel and recommendations on priorities and opportunities.
• Lead governance and operating mechanisms for executive teams and cross-functional forums.
• Ensure alignment between enterprise priorities and segment objectives; drive accountability and execution.
