Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, operations, healthcare, finance, or related discipline.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide or business-critical strategic initiatives.
• Proven ability to influence executive leadership and drive alignment.
• Experience facilitating strategic planning, governance, reviews, and performance management.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Ability to lead and influence in highly matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President of Insurance and Leadership Team to develop, refine, and advance segment strategy.
• Lead annual and multi-year strategic planning processes.
• Translate priorities into actionable plans, measurable objectives, and execution roadmaps.
• Conduct market, competitive, regulatory, and business analysis to identify opportunities and risks.
• Support strategic investment decisions and business planning activities.
• Ensure alignment between enterprise priorities and segment objectives.
