Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 10+ years of progressive leadership experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, healthcare, finance, or related field.
• Experience leading enterprise-wide or business-critical strategic initiatives.
• Demonstrated success influencing executive leadership teams and driving organizational alignment.
• Experience facilitating strategic planning, governance processes, business reviews, and performance management.
• Strong financial, analytical, and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Exceptional written, verbal, and executive communication skills.
• Proven ability to lead and influence in highly matrixed organizations.
• Strong executive presence, judgment, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Partner with the President of Insurance and Leadership Team to develop, refine, and advance segment strategy and annual/multi-year plans.
• Lead governance, strategy execution mechanisms, and executive business reviews.
• Provide strategic counsel and prepare executive communications and board-level presentations.
• Support decision-making through analysis, synthesis, and insights, ensuring alignment with priorities.
• Drive enterprise-wide transformation and operating model improvements across the Insurance organization.
