Qualifications

• 12+ years of enterprise strategy or related senior leadership experience.
• Experience advising C-suite or senior executives on complex decisions.
• Proven ownership of major strategy engagements from problem definition to activation.
• Strong business judgment with cross-functional influence and impact.

Responsibilities

• Shape UKG's enterprise strategy and multi-year agenda.
• Advise the Executive Committee with structured problem solving and recommendations.
• Lead cross-functional strategy engagements across markets, products, and growth.
• Identify opportunities to accelerate growth and improve margins.
• Set analytical approaches for complex questions including market sizing and business cases.
• Build coalitions across functions to move from recommendation to action.
• Distill complex issues into board-ready narratives and materials.
• Represent Corporate Strategy in forums to strengthen external perspective.
