Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise transformation or strategic operations within a technology or SaaS organization.
• Experience establishing enterprise governance, KPI frameworks, and portfolio reporting.
• Proven leadership of cross-functional initiatives with measurable outcomes.
• Structured problem solving and ability to translate analysis into action.
• Executive-ready updates detailing risks, decisions, and actions required.

Responsibilities

• Develop and apply an enterprise framework to operationalize strategic initiatives.
• Coordinate cross-functional plans, manage interdependencies and risks.
• Set up a strategic initiative dashboard and value realization metrics.
• Create executive updates with progress, insights, risks, and decisions.
• Facilitate sessions that align divergent views into concrete commitments.
• Capture lessons learned and transition initiatives into ongoing ownership.
