The Corporate Strategy Analyst at Aven Hospitality will work directly with the Corporate Strategy team, reporting to the Director. This role blends long-range planning with product strategy, offering early-career professionals exposure to senior leaders and cross-functional projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.

You will develop business cases, analyze market opportunities, prepare executive materials, and support launch initiatives across functions.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, Finance, Analytics, or related field.
• 2-3 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, or similar analytical roles.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint for executive-ready content.
• Strong proficiency with AI tools (e.g., Copilot, Claude, or similar) as productivity aids.
• Ability to structure ambiguous problems and develop data-driven recommendations.

Responsabilidades

• Support development and execution of long-term strategic plans and enterprise-wide roadmaps.
• Collaborate with cross-functional leaders to identify opportunities and design initiatives for growth.
• Develop business cases, frameworks, and operating models to guide investments.
• Design planning sessions for leaders to define future-state capabilities and priorities.
• Translate complex challenges into actionable strategic recommendations for growth and competitive advantage.
• Prepare board presentations and senior leadership materials.
