Strategic Growth Advisor – LOUD Collective

Locations: Charlotte, NC Columbus, OH Indianapolis, IN Raleigh, NC Tampa, FL

Role Type:Independent Contractor (1099)

Compensation:10% commission on all closed sales (including recurring monthly revenue)

LOUD Collective is seeking high-performing, entrepreneurial-mindedStrategic Growth Advisorsto join our mission of helping business owners unlock the full potential of their businesses. This role is relationship driven, commission-based, and ideal for someone who is passionate about creating meaningful connections and making an impact for business owners in the world of growth, valuation, acquisitions, and transition planning.

Our Strategic Growth Advisors are the first point of contact in our client journey. Your mission is simple and powerful: connect with business owners andschedule a free LOUD-Lite Value Assessment—a no-cost snapshot of a company’s current value, risks, and growth opportunities. Once the assessment is scheduled, our Strategic Growth Leadership team takes it from there.

About LOUD Collective

At LOUD, we believe business owners should build companies that serve them—not the other way around. We specialize in helping middle-market businesses become scalable, sellable, and investable through proprietary assessments, strategic acceleration programs, and high-impact advisory services.

What You’ll Do

  • Identify and reach out to privately held business owners (ideal range: $5M–$100M in revenue)
  • Build meaningful conversations around abundance, business growth, value, and future planning
  • Educate prospects on the value of the free LOUD Lite Value Assessment
  • Schedule assessments via Calendly or CRM (you’ll be trained on our process)
  • Maintain basic tracking of outreach and scheduled calls
  • Celebrate—your job is done after they book the assessment!
  • Our team handles the rest.

What You Will Earn

  • 10% commissionon every client that moves forward after your intro
  • Example: LOUD Value Assessment ($14,500) = $1,450
  • If the client continues to Acceleration ($3K–$15K+ monthly), you earn10% of monthly recurring revenue for the life of the engagement

Compensation & Growth Opportunities

  • Successful Strategic Growth Advisors will make $175k+ after their first year with a potential to earn double and triple that amount in years 2 & 3 with residual relationship commissions.
  • A Strategic Growth Advisor will make 10% of the revenue they generate on a Monthly Recurring Relationship with an average of $10,000 per month client.
  • Growth opportunities abound as the company achieves its growth goals including Sales Leadership positions, and Managing Director roles based on building referral partners and fruitful retention of clients.
  • This is a 1099 position with LOUD Collective to pass the greatest benefits and opportunity on to you.

You’re a Great Fit If You…

  • Are comfortable speaking with lower middle market business owners, CEOs, founders, and decision makers
