JOIN US as a Growth & Intelligence Manager, working remotely from Minneapolis, MN (or surrounding areas). We offer an opportunity to work in a high-tech, specialized company collaborating with top global names in aerospace, medical, semiconductor, and clean energy sectors.

We seek a strategic and driven Growth & Intelligence Manager to lead efforts in understanding, shaping, and expanding our presence in the medical device manufacturing sector. This role combines industry insight with commercial strategy—identifying opportunities, supporting sales teams, and providing critical market intelligence for product development and innovation.

Role And Responsibilities
  • Market intelligence & analysis: Track global trends, technologies, and regulatory shifts in the medical device industry; analyze market data, customer feedback, and competitor activity; develop insights to guide product development and go-to-market strategies.
  • Customer & industry engagement: Build relationships with key stakeholders, gather customer input, and represent the company at industry events.
  • Growth strategy development: Identify and evaluate growth opportunities, support business development and sales with messaging and opportunity mapping, and refine go-to-market approaches.
  • Cross-functional collaboration: Work with Product Management, Engineering, Regulatory, and Marketing teams to translate insights into product features, roadmaps, and compliance considerations.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Biomedical Engineering, Life Sciences, or related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
  • 5+ years experience in the medical device industry, with exposure to product development, marketing, or strategic planning.
  • Deep understanding of regulatory environments (FDA, MDR), clinical workflows, and market dynamics.
  • Strong commercial awareness and customer-centric growth strategy understanding.
  • Experience in market research, product management, strategic marketing, health economics, or business development (not a sales role).
  • Familiarity with global healthcare systems, reimbursement models, and procurement trends.
  • Ability to engage with clinical stakeholders and translate clinical needs into business strategies.
