Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Some relevant industry experience.
• Must obtain required licenses/credentials.
• Superior command of verbal, written, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proficient use of applicable technology.

Responsibilities

• Achieve annual revenue objectives through consultative sales to new clients and expansion of service lines.
• Develop a Personal Development Plan annually outlining goals.
• Build an active pipeline and generate leads from various sources.
• Document activity, notes, and prospect data in CBIZ systems.
• Develop and present client recommendations via consultative selling.
• Close for new business and document opportunities.
• Transition sold clients to client service teams.
• Act as trusted advisor and build relationships with key decision makers.
• Collaborate with client service team to serve and retain clients.
• Provide leadership with market insights and competitive analysis.
• Identify, initiate, and support cross-serving opportunities.
• Meet annual sales goals where applicable.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
