Job summary

Globe Life is seeking a Senior Account Manager, Group Benefits, to manage strategic client relationships and ensure high-value service delivery within the Group Benefits division. You will partner with the Sales Team and TPA partners to drive planning and execution for each account, while coordinating across internal teams and external partners to meet client goals.

This is a remote/work-from-home role. You will serve as the primary contact for key employer group clients, manage renewal

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred in marketing, business administration, sales, or related field.
• 5+ years of related experience in insurance, benefits administration, or client services.
• Understanding of group insurance products and admin concepts.
• Strong verbal and written communication, client-facing demeanor.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for assigned key employer group clients for issue resolution and renewal prep.
• Build and maintain relationships with client contacts and broker partners.
• Communicate account status, policy updates, and renewal timelines to clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external TPA partners to ensure service delivery.
• Collaborate with Underwriting and TPAs to complete policy changes and renewals.
• Monitor account performance and identify opportunities for growth or process improvements.
• Prepare and distribute client reports and stewardship presentations.
• Maintain up-to-date account records in Salesforce.
• Escalate complex client issues across departments as needed.
• Provide training and guidance to Account Managers.
