Job summary

Clearway Energy Group in San Francisco seeks an Analyst for Resource Planning & Grid Integration to manage and support the development and integration of the company’s development pipeline. The Analyst will work with internal teams to ensure the successful commercialization of Clearway’s projects.

The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's in Electrical Engineering with at least 2 years of relevant experience, familiar with power system analytical tools and the FERC interconnection process. This role offers a salary range from $90,000 to $100,000 annually, along with a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of related power systems modeling, transmission planning, or grid integration experience.
• Deep knowledge of regulatory frameworks and tariffs related to electric transmission.
• Experience managing cross-functional teams and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead the resource planning process and support interconnection procedures.
• Design and model multi-technology complexes with renewable energy technologies.
• Evaluate new technologies like Long Duration Energy Storage.

Skills

Power systems modeling

Grid integration experience
